I would like to personally thank you for the wonderful catering job you did at our family's wedding reception last summer. This was our first family wedding and I can honestly say you made it very stress free. I really appreciate your dedication in following through with all the plans on a long distance basis. I was originally worried that your move to a different area would be a problem but I was very surprised and pleased that you took the time and effort to make the long distance trip. Because of your extra efforts before the reception with wrapping the silverware in our linen napkins and setting up the buffet, I was able to be a guest at my daughter's wedding. I received many compliments on how well everything went off, with all the extra efforts and the pride you have on doing the best catering job possible you will be a success.

Carl was the caterer for our daughter, Kaley's wedding on September 10. Carl was very easy to work with and made the reception part of Kaley's wedding a very smooth operation. He had ideas for food that sounded, and were, very delicious. He was never pushy yet knew what would work.

 

His presentation of the food was very inviting. We had many comments on how nice the food table looked, and probably more importantly, how good the food was. Another positive part of all of his work was that we didn't feel like we were paying and outrageous amount of money, yet we had an excellent meal served for our family and friends, over 150 people.

 

We have shared Carl's name as people asked who the caterer was. We, as well as others, were very impressed by him and the work he and his crew do.
